San Diego's 25th Street Scene Features Black Eyed Peas Band

Black Eyed Peas is going to headline the 25th annual Street Scene in San Diego on Aug. 25 & 26, 2009. This literal street scene is not a mob, per se, but a well organized party of music, dining, and delight for those who want to rock all day and night.
